Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can care begin?

In many cases, we can arrange an initial assessment within a few days and begin care shortly after. If the situation is urgent, let us know and we will move as quickly as possible.

Can we start with just a few hours per week?

Yes. Many families begin with a few hours and adjust over time as needs change. We build care around your situation instead of forcing you into a rigid schedule.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver each visit?

Consistency is one of our core priorities. Care is provided directly by a licensed CNA whenever scheduling allows, so trust and familiarity can build naturally.

Do you provide medical or nursing care?

No. Love & Care provides private CNA care and daily support within the caregiver's training and certification. We do not provide medical diagnosis, skilled nursing, or treatment plans.

Do you provide multilingual care?

Yes. We offer support in English, Haitian Creole, and French. Let us know your preference and we will do our best to match you accordingly.
